Hybrid - OCXO-Oven-Controlled Crystal-Oscillators in micro-technology for highest stability-requests
These miniature OCXO´s reach stability values which can only be achieved with a basically bigger design by other manufactures. The thermal optimized design of ceramic substrate with the integrated quartz resonator and the usage of high quality components admit also operating conditions within a higher temperature range (-55...+95°C). A hermetical sealing within an inert gas atmosphere provides among other things the high reliability and an excellent long-term stability.
To the particular characteristics, beside the small design counts the short heating-up time, a low input power, an high resistance against vibration and shock and the very good frequency stability.
The available frequency ranges from 5 MHz until 80 MHz with the usual supply voltages of 3,3V, 5V or 12V DC. The oscillators deliver a HCMOS-compatible or sine ouput-signal.
Version's in surface mount technique are available as well.
